Marc Paquette was a non-traditional student. Upon graduation from high school, he enlisted in the Armed Forces. After serving eight years on both active and reserve duty for the U.S. Navy, he was honorably discharged in June 1992.

During the latter part of his reserve duty, Marc began attending evening classes while employed full time. In 1997, he graduated from Assumption College in Worcester, Massachusetts with a B.S. in liberal studies, a major in humanities, and a minor in paralegal studies. Soon thereafter, Marc moved to Springfield, Massachusetts to begin law school.

While attending classes at Western New England College School of Law, he worked in several positions gaining valuable legal experience. During his first year of law school, Marc began clerking for the Honorable Thomas H Corrigan, J.T.R. at the Hartford Superior Court. After fourteen months, he moved to an AV-rated multi-practice firm in Springfield, Massachusetts where he obtained practical experience in real estate law, municipal law, education law, business law and personal injury law.

Marc then received an opportunity to move to another AV-rated firm in Springfield. At this second firm he honed his skills and gained more experience in civil litigation, personal injury law, workers’ compensation, and ERISA matters. During his tenure at the second firm, Marc sat for and passed the July 2001 Massachusetts Bar examination. After two years of practice in Springfield, and desiring to be closer to family, he moved to Arizona in July 2003.

Marc sat for and passed the July 2003 Arizona State Bar examination. He accepted an offer for a full time position with a small litigation firm in Scottsdale. Over the next eighteen months, Marc’s primary practice was in construction law, real estate law, homeowners’ association law, probate matters and drafting wills and trusts.

Marc opened his own law firm in January 2006. He is a knowledgeable and dedicated attorney with an accumulation of over twenty years  of business experience,  over eleven years of legal training, over eight years of legal practice, seven years of practical construction experience and two years of medical experience. Let him put this wide array of experience to work in representing you and your legal concerns.
